The Phenom Perception GSR's motorized stage supports a 100mm x 100mm scan area and, through internal scan control, delivers precise beam positioning for accurate GSR particle verification. Its sample holder can accommodate 30 12mm pin stubs plus calibration samples.

A compact desktop SEM with EDS analysis allows for the physical and elemental examination of samples, requiring minimal space and no special facilities.
