Radiant Technologies, Inc provides several accessories to make testing of samples fast, easy and effective.

High Voltage Testing

All of Radiant's test systems have a built in 10V drive voltage. The Multiferroic II, Premier II, and Precision LC II have optional +/- 30V, 100V, 200V and 500V stand-alone configurations.  These units can also be expanded to 4kV and 10kV with the addition of a High Voltage Interface (HVI) and High Voltage Amplifier. 

The Rt66C comes with a built-in +/-200V drive. The RT66C can be expanded to 4kV or 10kV with the addition of a High Voltage Interface and 4kV or 10kV amplifier.

Bulk Ceramic High Temperature/Voltage Test Fixtures

Radiant offers several test fixtures that range from 230C to 650C rated to 10kV. These test fixtures can be used at room temperature, with silicon oil, or in a chamber or furnace.

Piezoelectric Test Bundles for Thin Films

Radiant's Thin Film Piezoelectric Test Bundle accurately determines the e31, d31 and e33 coefficients for piezoelectric thin films with 2% reload uniformity.

Heated Piezoelectric Test Bundle for Bulk Ceramics to 230C

The Heated Bulk Ceramic Piezoelectric/Pyroelectric d33 Test Bundle is rated to 230C and 10kV. Includes a Piezoelectric Displacement Sensor, Heated Piezoelectric/Pyroelectric Measurement Test Fixture, and Advanced Piezoelectric Software. Allows samples to internally be heated to 230C in a self-contained test fixture.

Non Heated Piezoelectric Test Bundle for Bulk Ceramics

The Bulk Ceramic d33 Piezoelectric Test Bundle is rated to 10kV. Includes a Piezoelectric Displacement Sensor, Piezoelectric Measurement Test Fixture, and Advanced Piezoelectric Software. 

Thermal Testing

Radiant's Chamber/Pyroelectric Task is to be used with a Radiant Test System and a Thermal Chamber, Hot Chuck, or Furnace to automatically measure the Pulse Polarization response and Small Signal Capacitance of a Pyroelectric material that is being heated and/or cooled.

Magneto-electric Bundles for Thin Films and Bulk Ceramics

Radiant's magneto bundle offers researchers a complete platform to efficiently characterize magnetic coupling of Multiferroic or Magneto-piezoelectric devices. Radiant's Magneto-electric bundle is offered in a Bulk Ceramic and Thin Film Testing Package.

Transistor Testing

Measures the performance of thin-ferroelectric-film gate transistors (TFFTs and MFSFETs).
